Every year BalancedComp releases its Salary & Incentive Survey. Data was collected from survey participants as well as current product users and compiled. It is my job to take data from excel spreadsheets and turn it into something more elegant and digestible in the form of a two-hundred and four-page book/ interactive pdf.
